The short version: Enoughly collects no data about you. None. Your financial information stays on your devices and in your personal iCloud account (on Android, in your phone's own encrypted backup), where we cannot see it. The coach's short comments are written by Apple's Private Cloud Compute, which does not keep what it is sent, and they are off unless you turn them on. There are no analytics, no ads, and no trackers. The only outside code in the Android app is Google's, for Google Play purchases and on-device text recognition, and its usage reporting is switched off.
Enoughly is developed by NourAIsh Software. This policy covers the Enoughly app for Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android.
Nothing. Enoughly has no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics. We never see your transactions, balances, budgets, or anything else you put into the app. The App Store privacy label for Enoughly reads "Data Not Collected", and its Google Play data safety section says "No data collected", because that is literally how the app is built.
Enoughly never asks for your bank credentials and never connects to your bank or any financial aggregation service. To bring in transactions, you export a file (CSV, QFX, or OFX) from your own online banking and open it in Enoughly. The file is processed entirely on your device.
If you set up an account in a currency other than your display currency, Enoughly fetches daily reference exchange rates published by the European Central Bank (via frankfurter.app, a free public service). The request is anonymous — no account, no identifiers, and none of your financial data is sent; it is an ordinary web request that asks only for the day's public rates. If all your accounts use one currency, this request is never made. You can also pin exchange rates manually in Settings, and Enoughly won't fetch them.
On Mac, iPhone and iPad, when you open the mortgage What-If scenario, Enoughly fetches current average mortgage rates to offer as suggestions: from the Bank of Canada if your display currency is Canadian dollars, from Freddie Mac's weekly survey for US dollars, or from the European Central Bank for euros. Like the exchange-rate request, it is anonymous and sends none of your data. With any other display currency, or if you never open that scenario, no request is made.
The Android app makes the exchange-rate request only; it never fetches mortgage rates.
Enoughly's own findings and alerts are plain arithmetic over your data, done on your device. Categorization suggestions use Apple's on-device model, and screenshot import uses Apple's on-device text recognition; neither sends anything off your device.
On iOS 27, iPadOS 27 and macOS 27, the coach's short comments on the Dashboard and in your spending and paycheck reports are written by Apple's Private Cloud Compute. To write a comment, Enoughly sends Apple a text summary of the figures behind it, such as balances, upcoming bills, spending totals and the merchant names in those totals. Apple states that this data is used only to answer that request, is never stored, and is not accessible to Apple. Nothing is sent to us, and Enoughly uses no other cloud AI service. Coach comments are off until you turn them on: the app asks once, and you can change your answer any time in Settings → AI Coaching → Coach Comments. With them off, nothing is sent, and every number, chart and finding in the app stays. On earlier versions of iOS and macOS, the coach does not appear and nothing is sent.
On Android, screenshot import uses Google's ML Kit text recognition, which runs entirely on your phone with its model built into the app; your screenshots and their text are never sent anywhere. ML Kit and Google's purchase library would normally report usage statistics to Google (such as your device model, the app version and timings); Enoughly switches that reporting off, so nothing is sent. Categorization on Android is Enoughly's own rules, run on your phone. There is no coach on Android.
Backups you create are encrypted on your device with a password you choose before they are written anywhere; we cannot read or recover them. CSV exports are plain, unencrypted files created at your request — treat them with the care financial records deserve.
The one-time unlock purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details. Apple provides us no personally identifying information about buyers.
On Android, the one-time unlock is processed entirely by Google through Google Play, under Google's Privacy Policy. We receive no payment details. Google gives us an order record (such as the order number, date, price and country) for accounting and refunds. The app checks with Google Play on your phone whether the unlock is owned; that check goes between your phone and Google, not to us.
Who is responsible. NourAIsh Software is responsible for Enoughly. You can reach us at support@nouraish.com.
What we hold. Nothing. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to show you, correct, hand over or delete. You control all of it in the app: in Settings → Data, Export Backup or Export Transactions (CSV) gives you a copy, and Reset All Data erases it from your devices and your iCloud (on Android, from your phone).
Coach comments. The one case where personal data leaves your device at Enoughly's direction is the summary sent to Apple for coach comments, described above. Our legal basis is your consent: it happens only after you turn Coach Comments on, and you can withdraw consent at any time by turning it off, which stops anything further being sent. Apple processes these summaries on its own servers, which may be outside your country, and does not keep them.
Rate lookups. The exchange-rate and mortgage-rate services see your device's IP address, as with any web request. They receive none of your financial data, and we receive nothing from them.
Questions or complaints. Email us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Enoughly is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Because the app collects nothing, we expect changes to be rare and cosmetic.
